BAEGH (Bachelor of Arts Honours English) is a 148-credit undergraduate program designed to provide in-depth knowledge of English literature, including classical, British, American, and postcolonial works.

Semester I: BEGC 101 (Indian Classical Literature), BEGC 102 (European Classical Literature).
Semester II: BEGC 103 (Indian Writing in English), BEGC 104 (British Poetry and Drama: 14th–17th Centuries).
Semester III: BEGC 105 (American Literature), BEGC 106 (Popular Literature), BEGC 107 (British Poetry and Drama: 17th & 18th Centuries).
Semester IV: BEGC 108 (British Literature: 18th Century), BEGC 109 (British Romantic Literature), BEGC 110 (British Literature: 19th Century).
Semester V: BEGC 111 (Women’s Writing), BEGC 112 (British Literature: The Early 20th Century).
Semester VI: BEGC 113 (Modern European Drama), BEGC 114 (Postcolonial Literatures).
Electives & Skill Enhancement:
Discipline Specific Electives (DSE): Advanced courses like BEGE 141 (Understanding Prose) and BEGE 143 (Understanding Poetry) are offered in final semesters.
Skill Enhancement (SEC): Includes subjects like BANS 183 (Tourism Anthropology) or BEGS 183 (Writing and Study Skills).
